Q: Why does nothing happen when I click Log In?
A: It will always say Log In on the top menu, even when you are logged in. If you have purchased content and can access it, you are logged in successfully!
Q: I am busy this week, how can I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription renewal in the My Account page at any time. You will still be able to access your content through your paid period.
Q: I have a promo code, where do I enter it?
A: On the purchase page, just below the boxes where you fill in your information, there is a blue button/link that says “Have a Coupon?” Click that button/link to open up a Coupon Code box where you can type in your promo code.
